Justice in Executive Compensation

T he controversy surrounding compensation of Wall Street CEO's erupted shortly after the Wall Street crash of 2008, but America warned of the injustice inherent in the system in 2003. Edward M. Welch wrote that llmits on executive pay "would create an incentive for executives to move companies in directions that would ultimately benefit both those who work there and those who contribute to their success."
