I'm happy to report that Masswepray (see post below) the strange video game, is a hoax, or at least their website today leads you to a weird place.  On the other hand, the Talking Rosary is not.

I have mixed feelings about the talking rosary.  THe rosary is one of things I am returning to as I get older - at 4 am or even as I'm walking my dog around the neighborhood - it is a good way to return me to a more reasonble place than my anxiety or just spacedness.  I like mulling over the words, oftentimes taking quite awhile to get from one prayer to the next.
If I had never learned this in my early childhood, by rote, I doubt that I would have picked it up later in life ...
So - the idea of a flash-y, elecronic "toy" to teach the prayers of the rosary doesn't appeal to me.  Then again, I don't like the idea of teaching a young child the sounds of farm animals via these toys.  But teaching a young child the prayers of the rosary does.
