Bishop Richard Williamson, the Society of St. Pius X bishop and famous for his comments on the Holocaust, has said, astonishingly, that the discussions between the Society of St. Pius X and the Vatican are a "dialogue of the deaf." My rough translation (the segment starts around 12:05 on the video) from his French: "I think that will end up as a dialogue of the deaf. The two positions are absolutely irreconcilable. For example, 2+2=4 and 2+2=5 are irreconcilable. So, either those who say 2+2=4 renounce the truth and agree that 2+2=5—that is, the [SSPX] abandons the truth, which God forbids us to do—or, well, those who say 2+2=5 convert and then return to the truth. Or, well, the two come halfway and say that 2+2=4-1/2. That’s false. Or, either the [SSPX] becomes a traitor, or Rome converts, or it’s a dialogue of the deaf.” H/T to Cathy Grossman at USA Today and Reuters Faith World. Et voilà le video, en français, ci-dessus. The idea of Rome "converting" is particularly rich. And if your French is good, you can also hear what the bishop has to say about "the Jews" and Israel.

The Vatican’s first auditor general, Libero Milone, who was forced to resign in June 2017, claims he was framed and says Pope Francis was deceived by Cardinal Angelo Becciu.
The lie that Mary Magdalene was a prostitute persisted for centuries. A new play reclaims her story.
"Magdalene: I am the utterance of my name" is advocating for setting the record straight on one of Christianity’s most vital disciples.

Bishop Williamson is right "The two positions are absolutely irreconcilable"
I don't understand the Vatican.
Why is B16 endeavoring to bring this turkey and his turkettes back to the church? Waste of bloody time.
He represents the Church of "No."
Not sure the best way to say in french "good riddance" to this clown......
Is B16 too old for the job? He's certainly showing some poor judgment. How much more will he try to put the Vatican II toothpaste back into the tube?
