I am working on my statement for the press release for the lawsuit I am filing against the Jesuits for allowing an abusive Jesuit to return to ministry after it was banned under a legal agreement in 2003, and then the provincials lying about it in 2009 instead of taking responsibility.
I hope SNAP and my attorney cover most of it, re the abusive Jesuit and the abuse and the violation of the legal agreement - because what I want to highlight is two Jesuit provincials lying and covering it up, and Fr. Nicolas not taking responsiblity for that.
I know many Jesuits who would humbly admit their mistakes and take responsibility, but these two Jesuit provincials and Fr. Nicolas are not among them. This is what I feel most compelled to tell the world.
Next time, please include the religious orders, not only bishops.
