William J. O’Malley, S.J., has been writing for America since the early 1980s. He has published over 40 articles in our pages, and has won numerous awards from the Catholic Press Association. A teacher at Fordham Preparatory School in the Bronx, N.Y., he is the author of Help My Unbelief, which is reviewed in the issue of February 23.
