I think it's a wonderful time in Church history when so many modern Popes are canonization candidates. For sure there are Popes John XXIII John Paul II. Then I've heard discussion along the way that Popes John Paul I and Paul VI are also under consideration. Unquestionably Pope Pius XII is also a worthy candidate, but ecupolitico considerations are hampering the freedom of the Church to move forward, awaiting it seems acknowledgment from Judaism that Pius did all he could to save Jews from Hitler's insanity. The truth is through Father Abraham we Christians are Semites along with Jews, so let us ask in prayer that our common father in Faith, Father Abraham, may hasten the day when the pro-Jewish sanctity of Pope Pius XII will be recognized and acclaimed by all, and misunderstandings come to an end. Holy Father Abraham pray for us!
