This week why not take a little longer on the gratitude part of your Examen. You might just find that you, and everyone around you, is a little happier.

How do you pray? Do you kneel? Sit? Lie down?

If you’ve been praying the Daily Examen for a few months or even a few weeks, you may have started to notice a few ways that God is active in your life.

Pay attention to those holy people in your life: they’re drawing you closer to God.
