We wait, and we wait, and we wait. This is the message of tonight’s Gospel.

Mary kept all these things, reflecting on them in her heart (Lk 2:19)

Do not be afraid; for behold, I proclaim to you good news of great joy! (Lk 2:10)

He did as the angel of the Lord had commanded him (Mt 1:24)

Are you the one who is to come, or should we look for another? (Mt 11:3)
