If we truly believe that God is on watch for the poor, the widow and the orphan, then now is the time to align ourselves with God’s reign, with Lazarus.

There is a reality to which God has called us that is not dependent upon our goods but on the preparation of our souls.

It is in the acting out of God’s love for each creature that we show whom we serve.
