With the beginning of the academic year underway, it's worth considering the improvements that are going into effect. To teachers, counselors, and coaches: What innovations are you introducing this year? What new texts or projects are you assigning? What are you not doing this year that you've done previously? 

What steps have you taken, are are you taking, to be better at what you do?
