Margaret Thatcher once quoted Our Lord by saying, "As Jesus of Nazareth said, and I think rightly...."

So as Pope Benedict XVI said, and I think rightly, the Catholic Church needs to use all the methods of the modern media at its disposal to spread the good news.  I would add that the church shouldn’t be afraid to use some humor from time to time either.  Here’s the Brooklyn diocese’s latest attempt to get people back into the confessional for Lent.  (When asked by a survey recently how often the confess, 43% of Catholics said "Never.")  Anyway, it’s a takeoff on that annoying "ShamWow" guy (who by the way just got arrested recently) complete with the frenetic hand gestures.
Anyway, it’s hysterical...

I'll bite ... why was he arrested? Unnatural congress with a chamois? Speaking too slowly to a cop?

He was arrested for assaulting a prostitute. Not a good situation. I thought this video was hilarious and a great communications approach. Thanks for sharing!

Keeping President Biden on the ballot is like telling voters: “Trust us. Don’t believe your eyes and ears.”
Many watching last night’s debate wondered if this was the end for Joe Biden. But I could not help but wonder if this was the end of presidential debates.
