I meditate and my method is a hybrid of Centering Prayer and Zen. I find both traditions very helpful. I was convinced about Centering Prayer many years ago when I sat next to Fr. Thomas Keating, OCSO during a day long retreat. He is a very peaceful and centered and delightful human being.
