The Most Rev. Robert Flock is the bishop of the Diocese of San Ignacio de Velasco in Bolivia. Originally a priest of the Diocese of La Crosse, Wis., he has served for 32 years as a missionary in Bolivia. He holds an S.T.L. in Biblical Theology from the Pontifical Gregorian University.
