Now more than ever you are the mission

With your support this holiday season, we will continue this vital mission, telling the stories that matter most to the church and the world. You have entrusted us to tell the truth, and your gift, regardless of size, will enable us to continue pushing forward, which, in so many ways, large and small, is possible only because of partners like you.

Giving isn’t just about why, but also how and what. As tax guidelines governing philanthropy are ever changing, your support is appreciated now more than ever. There are numerous ways you can give. Here are some strategies that can help you determine a giving approach that best meets your personal needs and goals.*

Make Next Year's Gift Now

If you want to itemize deductions for 2018, consider doubling up on your planned charitable giving this year and skipping your usual giving in 2019. This can ensure that your generosity will result in tax savings this year.

Gifts of Stock/Securities

You can benefit in two ways by making a gift of appreciated securities/common stock. First, you will be able to claim a charitable income tax deduction for the full value of the shares; and second, you will be able to avoid the capital gains tax that would have been due if you sold the shares. When making a gift of securities, it is important that you arrange for a transfer of your securities and not sell them yourself.

Planned Giving

A planned gift is a contribution that is arranged in the present and allocated at a future date. These gifts can provide substantial financial and tax advantages. Assets that can be used to make a planned gift include:

  • IRA/401K Accounts
  • Real Estate
  • Stocks and Bonds

There are many other methods that can be used to make a planned gift, including wills, annuities and charitable remainder trusts.

Company Matching Gifts

A matching gift by your company or organization increases your support by adding the matching amount to your gift at no additional expense to you. To make a matching gift, contact your Human Resources Department and inquire about your company's matching employee donations policy.

Even many say that legal casinos are bad, but even if you ban a casino, it will not disappear anywhere but simply become illegal and stop paying taxes to the state’s treasury!
and when there are clear rules then there are companies like
casino room who regularly pay taxes and help players in every possible way.
